Jon Seidl
Brand Development & Platform Coach
Jonathon M. Seidl (Jon) is a writer, speaker, and READY Framework–certified coach focused on helping leaders find their voice, tell their story, and build platforms that create meaningful impact.
Jon has been telling stories his entire life. He has written more than 10,000 pieces over the course of his career, beginning with the launch of a wildly successful news website and later serving as Editor-in-Chief of the nonprofit I Am Second. Today, Jon writes and speaks across the country on storytelling, radical vulnerability, faith, mental health, and addiction, helping people move from silence to clarity.
Jon is the author of two books. His first, Finding Rest, became a bestseller in multiple categories and a top 100 book on Amazon. His most recent book, Confessions of a Christian Alcoholic, is a deeply vulnerable account of becoming an alcoholic as a Christian, finding freedom from addiction, and helping others break free from life’s entanglements. Shortly after its release, the book became the #1 new release in addiction recovery on Amazon.
Through his own journey and years of walking alongside leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations, Jon has learned that clarity comes when story, strategy, and systems align. As a READY Certified Coach, Jon helps clients amplify their voice, clarify their message, and build platforms that move ideas into action with greater confidence and purpose.
Jon brings a rare combination of creative depth, strategic thinking, and lived experience to his coaching. His work helps clients move beyond scattered ideas toward focused execution—whether they are launching a personal brand, refining an organizational platform, or navigating a season of growth and transition.
Jon lives in Frisco, Texas, with his wife and two young children. He holds a Master’s degree in Theological Studies from Southwestern Seminary.
