After navigating her own career journey, Elle discovered a clear calling: empowering others to find their path. Through years of hands-on work with thousands of students and interns, she has developed a coaching approach rooted in both expertise and empathy, meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with clarity.

Elle delivers workshops, speaking engagements, one-on-one coaching, and training intensives designed to help individuals translate potential into opportunity. Her work focuses on practical skill-building paired with strategic insight, equipping clients to approach career transitions with confidence and readiness.

Her professional background spans corporate partnerships and high-impact speaking engagements. Elle has delivered keynote addresses for the Mississippi and Louisiana Association of Colleges and Employers and partnered with organizations such as Shell Chemical Plant, where she coached employees on resume development and interview mastery. She has also worked with Chick-fil-A’s Training Development Program, helping employees navigate internal career mobility, and served as Hiring Director for Break Into Business, an Atlanta-based nonprofit supporting young entrepreneurs as they launch new ventures.
